"Zifnab" on AnandTech.com, who goes by SixthHokage here, responded to my wanted to buy ad at AnandTech on 07/13. After quick communications to work out a price, I sent the money via paypal and never heard anything from Zifnab/SixthHokage again.

I attempted to contact by email and PM several times to no avail.

I then started a paypal claim and a contacted the mods/admins at AnandTech.

Thankfully, something said by paypal or the mods motivated Zifnab/SixthHokage to send me something. He sent a different card than we had agreed to but it was a slightly better model card. He also overnight shipped it to me at his expense. The package arrived on 07/30

I've yet to hear anything from him, but I do appreciate his efforts to make things right at the end, which is why I'm leaving neutral feedback.

An email or two along the way would have gone a long way. Failing to respond to emails and PM's does not inspire buyer confidence.

I paid for a P90 airsoft gun on July 12th PST. I also informed Crono/SixthHokage that he can ship using the cheapest method to save cash. He acknowledged and said would ship it out. He never got back to me with any update or delivery confirmation number. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, no items. I pinged him a private message regarding the package, no response for 4 days. I opened a dispute on Paypal on August 9th, and also emailed him about the situation. THEN he responded by refunding me the amount and that was that. So basically I was left in the dark for 3 weeks with no communication or his whereabouts until I took action via Paypal. Though the whole situation was resolved, it could've been handled much more timely and responsibly.

Overall the transaction went well. The only real problem was that the CPU was shipped to the wrong address (to the payer, not me) which was odd because we had been pretty clear on where it was to be shipped to.

Not a big deal, but it did cause a delay in me getting my friends PC finished. Price was good, Shipping was quick (but was sent to wrong address), packaging was ok.
